| 摘 要： | 生产线的建立有多种模式，本文讨论的是以加工中心为主的气缸盖敏捷柔性自动生产线的设计问题，主要包括以下内容：敏捷柔性自动生产线规划设计的基本原则，工艺流程设计方法及优化，CNC高速加工中心的技术参数以及生产线设备平面布置图的设计，最后介绍了敏捷柔性自动生产线高度柔性、高利用率、最现代化的加工技术以及经济性等特点。

| Abstract: | There are many modes for building production line, this paper discusses the design of the agile flexible automatic production line for cylinder head which is mainly composed of machining centers. The following are mentioned: the basic layout design principle of the agile flexible automatic production line, design methods of technological process and its optimization,technical parameter of CNC high speed machining center, the machines of production line layout design. Finally, the characteristics of the agile flexible automatic production line such as high flexibility,high availability,the most modern machining technology,economy and so on are introduced. |
