| 摘 要： | <反垄断法>的颁布实施,极大地促进和保障了民生的发展.在阐述了民生的理念和实践基础上,承认了竞争思想的重要性;提出民生思想更应是我国<反垄断法>的思想基础;认为<反垄断法>的制定拓宽了民生建设的层次,并为民生建设提供了有力的保障.
