| Abstract: | It points out taking work as lead is the basic needs of high vacational education talents cultivation, from the cooperation between school and enterprises, combination between work and study as well as combination between humanic teaching and skilled education, it elaborates on how to cultivate high-quality talents of silver collar, and points out that we must renew concept of education, take work as lead and step in the developing way of combination of work, study and research. |
