摘    要:采用电化学技术与等离子技术相结合的方法在7A55铝合金表面制备Al2O3/Ni_Cr_Cr3C2耐磨复合涂层。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等对耐磨复合涂层的表面及截面形貌进行观察。结果表明:该涂层表面平整、光滑,厚度均匀;结合力等级达到0级;最后测试了该复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损失重,摩擦系数平均值为0.0179,磨损率为6.7×10-4。

Abstract:A wear-resisting composite coating Al2O3 /Ni_Cr_Cr3C2 was prepared on 7A55 aluminum by galvano-chemistry and plasma spraying. Surface microphologies and cross-microphologies were observed by OM and SEM. The result shows that the composite coating surface is flat and smooth, and thickness has uniform distribution. The cohesion force grade is 0. Finally the coefficient of friction and wearing ratio were tested. The coefficient of friction is 0.0179 on an average, and wearing ratio is 6.7×10-4 .
