摘    要:以海水一次浓缩液为原料液、以硝酸铵溶液为洗脱剂,利用连续离子交换装置进行钾富集试验,考察了原料液和洗脱剂的进料温度、流量和系统的步进时间对吸附和钾富集效果的影响。结果表明,操作温度对吸附过程的影响不大,洗脱温度越高越有利于得到高浓度的富钾液;在步进时间一定时,吸后液中的K+浓度随原料液进料流量的增大而增大,而富钾液的K+浓度随洗脱剂进料流量的增加先增大后减小,存在最优值;进料流量一定时,为了得到高K+浓度的富钾液,系统的步进时间也存在最优值。在优化的操作条件下,原料液中K+吸附率达到88%,富钾液中浓度达到63.2g/L,富集倍率达到6.3倍。

Abstract:Potassium enriching from primarily concentrated solution of seawater was investigated based on continuous ion-exchange with eluant solution of ammonium nitrate solution. Effects of several operating conditions such as operating temperature, flow rate and switch time on enrichment process were investigated. The results show that temperature has little effect on absorption while the concentration of the extraction increase with the increase of elutes temperature. At a certain switch time, the concentration of extraction increases with the increase of the flow rate of the raw material. To get high concentration extraction, the flow rate of the eluent at a certain switch time and the switch time at a certain feed flow rate both have optimal operating values. At optimal conditions, adsorption rate of K~+ from the raw material was 88%, meanwhile the K~+ concentration of the extraction reached 63.2 g/L which is 6.3 times higher than that of the raw material.
