电荷平衡式电压—频率转换器的原理及误差分析

摘    要:单片集成V/F变换器广泛用于自动控制、数字仪表和无线电设备中,其功能用于完成电压和频率之间的转换.将电压量(或电流量)转换成频率信号后其抗干扰能力大为增强,并且应用极为方便.本文以AD652为例,阐述了电荷平衡式压频转换器的工作原理,重点分析了转换过程中的原理性误差和由器件带宽产生的高频误差,并求解出误差表达式.
