中间相沥青的制备与研究

摘    要:介绍了以3种煤的沥青为原料并在不同的工艺条件下制备中间相沥青的实验方法,分析了中间相沥青的偏光显微结构,从而得出制备中间相沥青的适宜工艺条件,即以北京焦化厂的沥青为原料,终温360℃~400℃,压力不宜过高,恒温时间一般控制在6h~10h。

Abstract:Mesophase pitches were prepared in different technology processes using 3 kinds of coal bitumens.Polarizing microstructure of the mesophase pitches was observed and analyzed.According to the analysis above,proper technology process of preparing mesophase pitches was achieved.So,for example,for the case of raw material bitumen from Beijing Coking Plant,the good conditions of preparing mesophase pitches would be: final temperature 360℃~400℃,moderate(not too high) pressure,and constant temperature time 6 h~10 h.
