废轮胎低温热解制油研究

摘    要:为了解废轮胎橡胶充分资源化处理规律,进行了轮胎胶粒低温热解研究,开展了铝甑干馏实验、热重试验等。结果表明:废轮胎低温热解处理以产热解油为主,其次是炭黑产物;其中,热解油收率为52.7%,炭黑为38.0%;热解瓦斯气满足热解工艺的热能需求,无需外部燃料;500℃可实现轮胎充分热解,但耗时较长,约180min,因此在设备研发过程中需考虑改进热解工艺,提高设备效率。

Abstract:The low-temperature pyrolysis of the scrap tire was investigated by Fisher assay test and thermogravimetric test. Results showed that the main products were pyrolysis oil and carbon black with yield of 52.7% and 38.0%, respectively. The pyrolytic gas can meet the thermal energy demand of pyrolysis process without external fuel. The tire pyrolysis can be fully finished at 500℃, but takes longer time, about 180 min. Thus, it needs to improve pyrolysis process to enhance the equipment efficiency.
