过盈清管球国产化新技术在清管作业中的应用

进口Maloney清管球在未注三甘醇时是空载的非过盈使用的清管球,加注三甘醇后达到相对管道内径2%的过盈量,低流量下清管使用后许多Maloney清管球发生破裂,无法再次使用。对Maloney清管球进行解剖分析,认为是清管球在管道内产生挤压过度膨胀或其自身合缝线处粘合不牢造成破裂。采用国内厂家制作的未加注三甘醇时就有相对管道内径2%过盈量的清管球进行测试试验和清管试验,试验结果表明,通过改变国产清管球硬度以及对清管球进行整体压制无缝制作,清管作业完成后取出的清管球均保持完好,可以二次利用,清管效果良好。每只国产清管球的成本约为进口清管球成本的39%,经济效益显著。

Application of Interference Pigs Domestic New Technology in Pipeline Cleaning

Foreign Maloney pigs are empty without interference fit when they are not injected with the fresh triethylene glycol(TEG). Under the low natural gas flow rate conditions foreign Maloney pigs were injected with the fresh TEG to the external diameter 2% over the internal pipeline diameter then put online for pipeline cleaning,the result showed that lots of pigs were broken and not reusable. The broken pigs were cut and analyzed,the pigs were found over pressed and expanded or not firmly stuck at the joint line. The research on domestic pigs with diameter just reach to the 2% interference fit without TEG injection was carried out. The changing on the domestic pigs’ hardness and structure without joint line guarantees the new type pigs integrity and good conditions after use. The domestic pig cost is about 39% of foreign Maloney pigs with satisfying economic benefits.
