裂解气离心压缩机能效诊断方法

摘    要:基于能效的设备诊断方法,根据振动会造成压缩机能量损失原理,对压缩机振动与压缩机的能效进行关联,通过监控压缩机运行过程中的能效,达到提前发现异常振动,找到对应的故障和改进点,然后进行故障排除的目的,可有效提高企业的生产率并降低能源消耗。选取效率作为能效诊断评价指标,通过计算获得了抚顺石化乙烯装置裂解气离心压缩机的正常效率值,为排除不必要检修提供了依据。

Abstract:The relationship between compressor vibration to the compressor efficiency has been studied. The equipment diagnosis method, based on detecting compressor running energy efficiency and abnormal vibration in advance, could be applied for troubleshooting, productivity improving and energy saving.The equipment diagnosis method based on energy efficiency was applied to the cracking gas compressor of ethylene cracking unit in Fushun petrochemical company. The working efficiency were selected as the assessment index for energy efficiency diagnosis with calculated efficiency value as the criterion to perform the further necessary maintenance and repairing.
