摘    要:某石化公司1 000万t/a常减压蒸馏装置自2014年检修开工以来频繁发生泄漏,简要阐述了常减压蒸馏装置常顶循工艺流程,介绍了常顶循流程设备泄漏情况,包括常顶循油泵机械密封泄漏、常顶循油泵自冲洗管线泄漏、常顶循流程中阀门关闭不严、常顶循油/原油热交换器内漏、常顶循空冷器泄漏及常顶循水冷器内漏,对设备泄漏原因进行了分析,认为露点腐蚀以及热交换器和空冷器偏流结垢是造成设备腐蚀的根本原因。有针对性地提出了改进措施,改进后设备运行平稳。

Analysis and Modifications for Equipment Corrosion and Leakage in Top Atmospheric Circulation Process of Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

Abstract:The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit with a scale of 10 7 t/a in a certain petrochemical company were concerned. Frequent leakage occurred since 2014,the year of the unit startup. The flow process and equipment leakage in top atmosphere recycling of the distillation unit are reviewed. Leakages occurred at positions including oil pump mechanical seal,oil pump self-washing lines,valves,recycling oil-crude oil heat exchangers,air coolers and water coolers were detailed. With further analysis,dew point corrosion,heat exchanger and air cooler scaling caused of bias current were recognized as the primary causes. Targeted modifications are proposed and satisfied results were obtained.
