摘    要:某台重型反应器采用管轴式吊耳吊装。针对该设备尺寸和质量超出标准吊耳选型范围的实际情况,依据化工行业设备吊耳及工程技术要求标准,参考同行的设计技术资料,进行了吊耳的非标结构设计。在确定了吊点位置之后,选取吊耳工作时设备由水平到竖直过程中的5个吊装角度,分析吊耳载荷。设计了吊耳结构形式和尺寸,根据吊耳载荷对吊耳进行强度计算和设备局部应力计算。强度计算结果表明,吊耳结构设计合理,满足结构强度要求。局部应力计算结果表明,在设备位于水平位置时垫板边缘的局部应力最大,这种情况容易在结构设计时被当作最小受力工况而不加考虑,从而忽略了最大的局部应力工况,存在设备不安全隐患,应予以重视。

Abstract:The trunnions, which was applied in the process of equipment lifting for a certain large-scale reactor due to the oversize and overweight of the equipment, was designed and calculated based on the relevant references and standards. The lifting loads of the trunnion was analyzed by choosing five lifting angles of the equipment during the lifting from horizontal to vertical after determining the location of the lifting point. The stress of the trunnion and local stress of the equipment were calculated according to the loads of the trunnion. The strength calculation results show that the reasonable structure of the trunnion meets the strength requirements. The results of local stress calculation show that the maximum local stress locates at the edge of the pad at equipment in the horizontal placement, which is normally to be considered as the minimum stress condition mistakenly during the structural design with neglecting of maximum local stress condition.
