超高压容器设计实例浅析

摘    要:针对超高压容器设计标准GB/T 34019—2017《超高压容器》无可供参考的设计实例、超高压容器设计计算过程复杂的现状,以某深水试验超高压容器的设计计算为例,提供了包括设计计算和强度校核的完整计算过程,介绍了超高压容器试验压力、塑性垮塌失效评定、局部过度应变失效评定、疲劳失效评定、筒体端部和筒体螺纹及螺塞螺纹强度校核、筒体螺纹及螺塞螺纹疲劳评定等计算细节。应用ANSYS有限元方法,按照绘制真实应力-应变曲线、建立有限元模型、确定载荷工况、弹塑性数值计算、确定应变极限、合格判定6个步骤进一步细化了局部过度应变失效评定计算。

Abstract:The referential design example for the standard GB/T 34019-2017 Ultra-high Pressure Vessels and the calculation process during the complicated designing of ultra-high pressure vessel is lacking and insufficient. The design calculation of a deep water test ultrahigh pressure vessel has been selected as an example and a completed calculation process including design calculation and strength check has been completed. The calculation details such as testing pressure of vessel, failure assessment of plastic collapse, failure assessment of local excessive strain, fatigue failure assessment, strength check on the shell end, shell thread and screw thread, fatigue assessment of shell thread and screw thread are implemented. By applying the ANSYS finite element method, the local overstrain failure evaluation calculation was further carried out in steps as drawing the actual stress-strain curve,building the finite element model,determining the load condition,elastic-plastic calculation,determining the strain limit and passing judgment.
