摘    要:采用共浸渍法制备了不同Ni含量的NiW/USY-Al_2O_3碳化态催化剂。通过N_2吸附-脱附、元素分析、CO滴定、X射线衍射、H_2-程序升温还原等技术对催化剂进行了表征。以十氢萘为模型化合物考察了不同Ni含量钨基碳化态催化剂对十氢萘加氢开环反应性能的影响。结果表明,适当的镍钨原子比能够提高催化剂的金属活性位数量,进而提高催化剂的加氢开环性能。

Abstract:A series of Ni-W/USY-Al2O3 carbides with different Ni content was prepared by co-impregnation method and were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, element analysis, CO titration, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and temperature programmed reduction. Decalin was chosen as the model reactant for measuring the effect of Ni content on tungsten-based carbide catalysts. The results showed that an appropriate atomic ratio of Ni to W can increase the metal sites of the catalysts, thus improving the ring opening performance of the catalysts.
