超韧聚苯乙烯的制备工艺研究

摘    要:以高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)为基体树脂,采用双螺杆挤出机研究了抗冲击改性剂SBS对HIPS的增韧效果,探讨了制备工艺条件对超韧HIPS材料性能的影响。结果显示,SBS对HIPS具有优异的增韧效果,当其用量达到40份时,能使HIPS体系的常温简支梁缺口冲击强度达到42.1kJ/m^2。通过添加高效流变控制剂体系,使HIPS/SBS体系的流动性大大提高。采用低剪切的螺杆组合,低的机头压力,中低的螺杆转速和半饥饿喂料法,在较低的温度下制备所得的超韧HIPS材料具有优异的低温韧性和优良的综合性能。

Abstract:With HIPS as matrix resin, the toughening modification of impact modifier SBS on HIPS was studied by using twin-screw extruder, and the effect of the technical conditions on property of prepared toughened HIPS was also studied. The results showed SBS had excellent toughening effect on HIPS. When the content of SBS in HIPS was up to 40 phr, the notched impact strength of the toughened HIPS was up to 42.1 k J/m^2. By the addition of high effective complex rheoligical agents, the flowability and surface quality of the system were improved greatly. By using of screw configuration with low shear stress, low die pressure, moderate screw rotating speed and semihungry feeding, super-toughened HIPS could be prepared at low temperature, and the prepared HIPS had excellent low-temperature toughness and good comprehensive properties.
