| 摘 要： | 从我国开展节水产品认证工作有利于提高节水产品质量进行分析，重点对国内外有关促进节水产品以及体育产品、森林食品、环境标志产品认证工作的政策措施与效果评价进行研究，阐明了自愿性产品认证存在的差距和水利行业开展节水产品认证工作存在的问题，提出了水利行业实施节水产品认证应出台的若干配套政策措施建议．以促进节水产品认证工作的实施。

| Abstract: | It is discussed that certification of water-saving products is beneficial for the improvement of product quality. Studies on policy measures and result of promoting certification of water-saving product and product for sports, and products with forest and environment-friendly marks both home and abroad are conducted. Problems with voluntarily product certification and practice of water-saving products certificate in the water sector are discussed. Suggestions on policy measures for the implementation of water-saving product certification in the water sector are pointed out, so as to promote the advancement of certification of water-saving product. |
