求解人力液压起重机四构件系统参数的研究

摘    要:研究了一种人力液压起重机四构件系统参数自动化高精度的求解方法。为解决人力液压起重机四构件系统参数传统求解方法的效率低、精度差问题,采用三角函数结合运动学推导得到各参数的数学表示,提高了参数求解精度,采用微分思想对四构件系统的运动过程进行了分析和算法设计,解决了传统方法难于确定液压缸活塞杆最大受力位置的问题。全部所需参数采用程序求解,使计算迅速而准确。

Abstract:The paper expounds how to accurately and automatically derive parameters of four - component system for- hand - operated hydraulic crane. In view of low efficiency and poor accuracy in traditional method, it combines trigonometric function with kinematics to derive each parameter's mathematic expression, improving precision in calculation, It also covers how to find out maximum force position of piston rod, based on analyzing motion process of four - component system, and calculation and design by differential coefficient. All objective parameters can be derived by means of computer program quickly and accurately.
