摘 要: | 以武钢新3#高炉引进的蓄热缓冲器为研究对象,建立其二维传热模型,运用该模型研究蓄热缓冲器用于布袋除尘工艺中异常工况下的缓冲能力. 模型计算结果及实测数据对比分析表明,该蓄热缓冲器满足布袋除尘工艺缓冲要求

Abstract: | :This paper presents a two-dimensional heat transfer model for the thermal storage buffer imported from Japan and installed in the new 3# Blast Furnace of Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation. Aided by the model, it studies the buffering capacity of the thermal storage buffer when used in the bag filter in abnormal conditions. Comparison of the calculation results by the model and the measured data shows that the thermal storage buffer meets the requirements of the bag filter. |
