摘    要:研究了2 (2 喹啉偶氮) 4,5 二甲基苯酚(QADMP)与铁(Ⅲ)的显色反应,在pH=4.0的HAc NaAc缓冲介质中,在CTMAB存在下,QADMP与铁(Ⅲ)生成2∶1稳定的配合物,该配合物λmax=580nm,摩尔吸光系数ε为5.02×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铁含量在0~10μg/25mL内符合比尔定律,方法用于水样中微量铁(Ⅲ)的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:Color reaction of iron (Ⅲ) with 2-(2-quinolinlazo)-4,5-dimethylhydroxybenzen was studied. In the presence of pH 4.0, HAc-NaAc buffer solution and CTMAB medium, QADMP was reacted with iron (Ⅲ) to form a stable 2∶1 complex, with the maximum absorption at 580 nm and molar absorption of 5.02×10~4?L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1). Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~10.0?μg/25?mL. The method was used in the determination of iron from water with satisfactory results.
