聚丙烯催化剂的开发进展及展望

摘    要:综述了世界各大公司在Ziegler-Natta聚丙烯催化剂、茂金属聚丙烯催化剂和非茂金属聚丙烯催化剂方面的开发进展,并对聚丙烯催化剂的发展前景进行了展望。Ziegler-Natta聚丙烯催化剂仍是研发热点,并在高活性、高定向性的基础上向系列化、高性能化、专用化方向发展,不断开发性能更好的新产品;茂金属和非茂金属单活性中心催化剂在聚丙烯领域的应用研究将继续深入,其发展目标是进一步实现技术的工业化和启动需求量较大的通用产品市场。

Abstract:Advances in development of Ziegler-Natta catalysts,metallocene catalysts and non- metallocene catalysts for polypropolyene were reviewed and prospects of the catalysts were discussed. Ziegler-Natta catalysts for polypropylene were developed in the directions of seriation,high performance and specialization on the basis of high activity and high stereospecificity to produce new polypropylene products with good performance.Both metalocene and non-metallocene catalysts for polypropylene would be deeply studied...
