含油废水综合处理技术研究

摘    要:采用混凝-多介质过滤-臭氧氧化-活性炭过滤-反渗透组合工艺处理化工雨排含油废水,结果表明:混凝过滤可有效去除水中大部分的悬浮物,预处理系统对原水中CODCr去除率大于80%、浊度去除率大于75%、油去除率在99%以上,其出水水质满足反渗透膜进水水质的要求;反渗透系统操作简便,产水达到循环冷却水回用标准。

Abstract:The chemical plant rain discharge oily sewage were treated by coagulation-multimedium filtration-ozone oxidation-acticarbon filtration-inverse penetration integrative process.The results showed that coagulation-filtration could removed the great amount of suspended substance in oily sewage effectively,the remove a great deal of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),cloudiness and oil of oily sewage in pretreatment system could exceed 80%,75% and 99% respectively.The quality of pretreated water could meet the requirement of inverse penetration membranes.The operation of the inverse penetration system was simple and convenient,and the product quality could meet the reuse standard of circulating cooling water.
