摘    要:为了便于对石油钻井滚动轴承的转动速度进行监控,进行数据收集及故障监测,本文设计了一种基于A3144E无线测速系统.该系统可以有效避免机械磨损,在测量过程中无需与被测物直接接触,从而减小了对被测物的影响,而且方便地进行后期维护,应用广泛.电路实物的测试结果表明,该系统的无线测速系统能准确测量被测对象.

Abstract:In order to data collection and fault monitoring, the speed of petroleum drilling roller bearing used to be monitored. This paper describes the design of a wireless speed measuring system based on A3144E. In the process of measurement without direct contact with the measured object, it can avoid mechanical wearing, and the influence of the measured object, and also convenient for later maintenance, so it has wide application. The test results show that the wireless measurement circuit loop of the system can accurately measure the object to be measured.
