摘 要: | 介绍了一套电子油门综合试验装置的研制思路、开发过程、部件设计以及产品特点。此装置基于可编程控制器、数据采集卡,以行业最低成本满足了国内外最苛刻的耐久性试验要求,并通过对信号的高速采集和分析实现电子油门的性能检测。

Abstract: | This paper introduces how to design and to make a set of equipment for electronic-accelerator integrated-function tests.It is constructed from authors' method,the research-process to the part-design.The device is meeted the demand of the hardest durable test in the home and abroad with its low-cost.It is collected high-rate signal,and analyzed data,and finally fulfilled the test of the electronic-accelerator's characteristics on the basis of the PLC. |
