| Abstract: | The reliability design method of monoblock is described in this article. With the probability characteristics of basic random variables given, a practical and efficient method for the reliability design of monobloc axle is presented using the method of perturbation and reliability design theory. The expressions for reliability design of monobloc axle are derived theoretically and a practical computer program is written. Reliability design parameters of monobloc axle can then be obtained quickly and precisely. |
