摘    要:已知连杆长度及两个运动位置,以曲柄摇杆存在条件、连杆连续运动条件设计机构最小传动角的最大值,然后依据许用传动角条件,以机构结构最紧凑为目标函数,优化了曲柄摇杆机构的几何尺寸。

Abstract:If the length and two kinematic positions of the connecting rod are known, we can determine the maximal value of the minimal transmission angle of the crank rocker mechanism by existing conditions of the crank and continuous motion conditions of the connecting rod. Then, the geometric dimensions of the mechanism can be obtimized according to the permitted transmission angle and with the most compact mechanical structure as the objective function.
