平面四杆机构典型尺寸型弹性动力分析

摘    要:在弹性机构动力分析中,首次引入以往用于刚体运动学的机构尺寸型概念,推导出机构固有频率与机构尺寸型之间的内在关系,在此基础上,运用两种弹性动力分析方法对40余种平面四连杆机构典型尺寸型进行了分析,通过比较两种方法得到的动态应力和位移响应,推荐了两种方法的分界点。

Abstract:This paper introduces at the first time the conception of typical mechanism dimension type for elastic dynamic analysis and the relationship between the natural frequency and dimension type of mechanism is derived. The two methods of elastic dynamic anaylisis are used to analyze 40 typical dimension types of planar four bar linkage mechanism. By comparing the computed results of dynamic stress and displacement response, the demarcation point for applying the two methods is recommended. This study will provide important guide in designing high speed elastic mechanisms.
