杠杆-铰链式焊接工装夹具的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:以第一类杠杆-铰链式焊接工装夹具为例,探讨了焊接工装夹具CAD系统(即WFCAD)的信息输入、信息处理、参数化设计、图形建库、辅助工具的开发等关键性技术问题。WFCAD系统以AutoCAD软件作为系统支撑软件,对其进行二次开发,以程序驱动的方式建立了夹具元件二维和三维的参数化图形库。利用AutoCADR12提供的ADS开发系统,编制了菜单、对话框等,方便了图库管理,也使系统具有较好的人机界面。系统最后输出夹具装配图及零件图的标准工程图纸。

Abstract:A computer aided disign system of welding technology and equipment fixture (called WFCAD system) is introduced in this paper. The manual lever hinge fixture mechanism is considered as a typical example. Main critical technical concerns such as information inputting and processing,parameterized design and graphic library establishing are discussed. The microcomputer graphics software AutoCAD has been used as the supporting software of WFCAD system. By means of programming, 2 D and 3 D parameterized graphic libraries of components of welding fixture are established. With the aid of AutoCAD’s advanced development system (ADS),menus and dialogs are constructed for convenient use of graphic library, and it also makes the system has a good manmachine interface.
