球墨铸铁 GS 52 的超声疲劳寿命研究

摘    要:用超声疲劳试验技术研究了球墨铸铁GS52在20kHz时的疲劳寿命。与30Hz常规试验结果进行了比较,未发现高频率对GS52的疲劳寿命有影响。S-N曲线显示在5105~107周次时,超声疲劳与常规试验结果一致,在106~3109周次之间,曲线仍稍下降,而未呈水平。Nt=107周次的条件疲劳极限为220MPa,109周次时为205MPa。

Abstract:The fatigue life of GS 52 nodular graphite cast iron was studied with the ultrasonic fatigue technique at 20 kHz. The results obtained were compared with that of comventional frequency fatigue testing. No influence by the high frequency on fatigue life was observed for GS 52. The S N curve shows that the results at 20 kHz agree with that at 30 Hz between 5·10 5 and 10 7 cycles. And between 10 6 and3·10 9 cycles the asymptote presumed of the S N curve is inclined gently, but not horizontal. The fatigue limit at 10 7 cycles is 220 MPa, and is 205 MPa at 10 9 cycles.
