摘    要:探讨了应用刚粘塑性有限元模拟金属成型过程中几个关键问题的处理技术,在此基础上提出一系列算法,开发了锻造过程通用有限元模拟系统,并采用该系统完成了发动机气门锻造过程中金属的变形分析与模具的优化设计。实例表明该系统是稳定而有效的。

Abstract:In this paper, the key points encountered in simulating metal forming processes by rigid viscoplastic finite element method is studied. As a results, a general purpose FEN simulation system of forging processes is devloped in which some new algorithms are proposed. The metal flow of stigmata and the optimization design of die as examples are analyzed to show the validity and steabiliaty of this procedure.
