| 摘 要： | 提出了一种平底刀五坐标数控加工的干涉检测及刀位角修正算法。基于曲面离散三角面片，提出了一种快速的后跟角计算方法。该算法已经在ＳＣＡＤＭ３．０曲面造型及加工系统中得到应用和验证。

| Abstract: | An algorithm for interference checking and angle adjustment of 5 axis NC machining to flat end cutter is proposed. Based on the criterion of surface subdivision that satisfied the specified tolerance, the algorithm to calculate the tilt angle quickly is presented. The algorithm is successfully applied to the HUSTCADM molding and machining system proving that it is fast speed and robust. |
