摘    要:根据汽车车架冲压件的结构及工艺特征,建立了面向集成环境的中板冲压件CAPP系统框架,并针对不同零件状态,系统分别采用检索方式和基于知识的专家系统相结合的决策方式进行工艺决策,使系统具有实用性、灵活性、可扩充性的特点。

Abstract:In this paper, according to the features of structure and the process of stamping parts in automobile chassis, integration oriented mid thickness stamping parts CAPP system frame is established, and in connection with different parts status, search and knowledge based expert systems are applied to make process decision in thd above mentioned system simultaneously. The system has some features of practicality, flexibiliity and expansibility.
