| 摘 要： | 通过对一个工程实例的数值模拟,分析了大面积基坑开挖时基坑的回弹引起在建公寓楼一侧上抬的原因。提出在大面积基坑开挖时应注意施工顺序、组织管理及采用有效方法进行基坑回弹预测,避免可能对工程建设造成影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the numerical simulation,the mechanism of the foundation heave of a building induced by a nearby deep foundation excavation for an underground garage was analyzed.The excavation sequence,construction management and ground movement monitoring were found to be the key factors to control the building movement caused by deep excavation.Some suggestions were proposed to minimize the disturbance of the deep excavation to the surrounding structures. |
