| 摘 要： | 在我国保障性住房体系建设过程中,出现形式多样的保障性住房,在对保障性住房公共产品属性认识的基础上,将现有多种保障性住房形式按照供给主体的差异划分为政府供给型和企业供给型,分析两类保障性住房的特点,探讨政府供给型和企业供给型保障性住房的供给形式,建立不同类型保障性住房供给过程模型,并着重讨论了企业参与保障性住房供给的优势。

| Abstract: | In the process of the construction of security housing system,different kinds of security housing have been supplied.Based on the attribution analysis on security housing as a kind of public goods,the security housing is classified into two categories according to the difference of supplier: government supplied housing and enterprises supplied housing.The characteristics of those two kinds of security housing are analyzed and the supplying forms have been discussed.The process models are built separately.And the advantages of enterprise participation of have been discussed. |
