内燃机废气再循环率评价方法的试验研究

摘    要:为了寻找一种简单、可靠且经济的废气再循环(EGR)率评价和检测方法以实现对内燃机的NOx排放的闭环控制,通过内燃机台架实验对儿种内燃机EGR率的评价方法的差异进行了分析,探讨了基于排气温度评价EGR率及实现NOx闭环控制的可能性.实验结果表明,在指定的实验工况下,各种评价方法产生的EGR率数值有差异,最大差值达8%,但变化趋势一致.

Abstract: order to find a simple and reliable economical evaluation and test method of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) rate so as to implement the closed-loop control of engine NO* exhaustion, the difference of several different EGR evaluation methods is comparatively analyzed through engine jack horse experiment, and explore the probability of evaluating the EGR rates based on exhausted gas temperature and realizing NOx closed-loop control. The experiment result show that in the given experiment condition, various evaluation methods will produce different EGR values, the maximum difference can be up to 8%, but the changing trends are the same.
