| 摘 要： | 板形是高精度冷轧带钢的重要质量指标，板形控制是板带轧制领域的关键技术、核心技术和高难技术。针对国内冷轧带钢厂广泛应用的ABB压磁式板形仪控制系统，首先阐明其工作原理,明确了板形仪测量辊现场安装技术要求，并结合其在某1750mm冷连轧生产线中的实际应用效果对其板形控制手段展开分析，其1次、2次板形控制能力较强，高次板形控制能力有待进一步验证。

| Abstract: | Strip shape is an important quality indicator of precision cold-rolled strip.Its control technology is the key,core and difficult technology in strip rolling process.Aiming at ABB pressure magnetic shape meter which is widely used in the domestic cold-rolled strip steel,the work principle,installation requirements and shape control means were clarified.Furthermore,it analyzes the effects combined with field application in the 1 750 mm tandem cold rolling production line.The primary and secondary control ability was strong,while the shape control of higher order needs to be verified.In recent years,domestic research on shape control theory and equipments have made considerable progress,and have achieved industrial applications. |
