| 摘 要： | 在我国耕地资源不断减少的形势下,后备耕地资源开发利用是实现我国耕地总量动态平衡和耕地占补平衡的重要手段。东北作为我国重要商品粮基地,其后备耕地资源开发利用至关重要。本文通过分析东北地区后备耕地资源的类型、数量及其分布,分析各个区域后备耕地资源的特点和开发利用限制因素,为合理开发利用后备耕地资源提供依据。

| Abstract: | With the declining of China＇s land resoures, development and utilization of reserved cultioated land resources has been an important means to realize the dynamic equilibrium of the total cultivated land and cultivated land requisition compensation balance. As one of China＇s important commodity grain bases, the development and utilization of reserved cultivated land resource in Northeast Area is veiny important. The type, quantity and distribution of reserved cultivated land resources in Northeast China were analyzed, the characteristics reserved land resource of in each region and the limiting factors of development and utilization were also studied to provide the basis for the rational development and utilization of land resources. |
