高炉大沟的校核

摘    要:高炉冶炼钒钛铁矿或劣质铁矿后,渣铁分离需要更多时间。但由于生产需要,高炉追求高产,而高炉提高产量后铁水流速增加,渣铁在大沟内停留的时间缩短,所以大沟尺寸需要校核,从而与相应高炉更加吻合。通过调节渣沟高度来校核大沟的尺寸,使大沟的尺寸与对应的高炉更加吻合,从而保护淬渣设备,减小渣中含铁量,并减小渣沟溜嘴处“打炮”的概率。

Abstract:After blast furnace smelting V-Ti iron ore or inferior iron ore,separation of slag iron would become more time-consuming.But blast furnace needs high yield because of production needs.High yield results in increase of the hot metal flow velocity and time contraction of slag iron within the big ditch,therefore the big ditch’s size need to be checked for more precise matching of the blast furnace.This can be done by adjusting the slag runner’s height,so that results such as protecting slag quenching equipment,reducing the iron content in slag,and reducing the proba-bility of the “blast”rate at the slag runner’s end can be achieved.
