后工业化时代的生态化轧钢工艺技术:钢铁共性技术协同创新中心工艺与装备开发平台简介

中国钢铁工业已经基本完成工业化,实现了机械化、电气化和自动化,产量已经占世界钢铁总产量的一半。但是,随着步入后工业化时代,资源、能源问题日益突出,自然界已经难以承担严重的需求负荷,而污染和排放等环境问题,也已经达到自然界可以忍受的极限。为了实现中国钢铁工业的平衡、协调、可持续发展,研究开发适应后工业化时代的生态化的钢铁轧制技术已经迫在眉睫。依据国际上钢铁工业的发展趋势和中国钢铁工业的重大需求,结合"2011计划"中钢铁共性技术协同创新中心工艺与装备研发平台的建设,总结出后工业化时代的重要的生态化(即减量化、低碳化、数字化)轧制技术,为企业自主创新、技术改造、转型发展提供参考。

Ecological steel rolling technology in post-industrial age：introduction of technology and equipment development platform of Iron and Steel Generic Technology Collaborative Innovation Centre

China’s iron and steel industry has basically finished industrialization,realized mechanization,electrifica-tion and automation,and the iron and steel output makes up 50% of the world total.However,as China steps into post-industrial age,the problem of resource and energy becomes increasingly obvious.Nature can hardly afford the heavy load of demand,and the problem of pollution and emission has already met the extremity of nature’s sustain-ability.In order to realize the harmonious,coordinative and sustainable development of China’s iron and steel indus-try,research of ecological steel rolling technology in accommodation with post-industrial age is extremely urgent. Significant ecological rolling technology in post-industrial age （e.g.,minimization,low-carbonization and digitiza-tion）were summarized according to the international trend of iron and steel industry development and China’s great demand,combining with the development of technology and equipment development platform of Iron and Steel Ge-neric Technology Collaborative Innovation Centre of “201 1 Program”.It aims to provide guidance for self-innova-tion,technological reform and transformation development of enterprises.
