| 摘 要： | 介绍了莱钢炼钢厂KR法脱硫综合技术的研究与应用。通过优化搅拌桨外形尺寸结构，研制高性能的搅拌桨浇注料及修补料。研究脱硫剂配方，提高脱硫剂利用率。优化搅拌桨插入深度等工艺参数，稳定脱硫效果，开发铁水降温工艺，形成一套完整的KR法脱硫综合技术，并在实践中取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | Study and application of KR desulfuration comprehensive technology was introduced.Through optimiza-tion of impeller size,the high-performance castable and refractory mortar for the impeller was developed.Compound desulfurizer was studied to improve the utilization rate of desulfurizing agent.Optimized the process parameters such as the impeller’s insertion depth;stabilized the desulfurization effect,developed the cooling process of hot metal and formed a complete set of KR desulfuration comprehensive technology,and good results have been achieved in practice. |
