摘    要:尿酸是嘌呤代谢的最终产物,主要通过肾脏排出体外.人体血尿酸水平过高或过低都会造成一系列健康问题.流行病学研究显示,食物可以影响血尿酸水平.本文综述食物与人体血尿酸水平的关系的研究进展.

Abstract:Uric acid is the end product of purine metabolism,which is primarily excreted through the kidney.Higher or lower human serum uric acid levels both can result in a series of health problems.Epidemiological studies have shown that certain foods influence levels of serum uric acid.This article reviewed the association of food with human serum uric acid levels.
