摘    要:介绍了一种新型煤基多功能快速立式还原炉的研发设计,提供了一种可对矿石进行直接还原和熔融还原、具有较高一氧化碳二次燃烧率的设备及配套工艺。生产实践表明,采用新型煤基多功能快速立式还原炉进行还原炼铁,流程短、操作方便、生产成本低、环保节能。

Abstract:The research and development of a new coal-based rapid vertical reduction furnace was introduced. By in- troducing the newly developed reduction furnace, two processes, i. e. , smelting reduction at high temperatures and direct reduction at low temperatures were both realized. At the same time, high secondary combustion rate of carbon monoxide could be obtained to accelerate the whole reduction procedure. The production practice had indicated that this newly developed coal-based rapid vertical reduction furnace had some distinct advantages such as short process, easy-operation, low production cost, environmental protection and energy saving.
