摘    要:利用现有烧结工艺、原料和加工设备,提出一种全新烧结工艺——酸、碱混合烧结工艺。本工艺在碱性烧结料强化制粒的同时,与酸性球团在入烧结机前进行混合,最后在烧结机上实现酸性球团与碱性料混合烧结(料层厚度为1000mm)。研究结果表明,采用新工艺后,料层透气性改善明显,1000mm料层的负压为985kPa,优于600mm普通料层的1209kPa;另外,加入5~8mm的球团明显比加入大于8mm球团透气性好。当酸性料用量为40%,配碳量(质量分数)为3.8%,烧结负压为1200kPa时,烧结矿各项产、质量指标最好。

Abstract:By using the existing sinter technique, material and processing equipment, a new sintering technolgy is put forward in this project. It can achieve hybrid sintering on the sintering machine with an exthra-deep bed (1000mm) to enhance pelletization effect of basic materials,which is mixed with acid pellet before distributing on the sintering machine. Results show that after adopting the new technique, the material layer permeability improved significantly. The negative pressure of 1000mm material layer was only 985kPa which was better than 1209kPa of 600mm material layer was. Moreover, the permeability of adding 5—8mm pellets was significantly higher than adding >8mm pellets.When the amount of acid pellets was 40%, with wC=3.8%, 1200kPa vacuum sintering, the quality of the sinterwas the best.
