摘    要:阐述了安徽长江钢铁公司二期技改工程的3号高炉喷煤设施的技术装备及工艺特点,一些先进的技术在本工程中得到了应用,如热风炉废烟气回收利用技术、采用泄压风机取代仓顶除尘器工艺技术、3罐并列的喷吹罐组应用、单总管加炉前单分配器的浓相输送技术等。上述技术的成功应用与技术改造,为该高炉实现快速达产、节能降耗创造了良好条件。

Abstract:The technical equipments and technological characteristics of coal injection facilities were discussed,which was the second stage of the technical transformation project of the No.3 BF in Anhui Changjiang Steel Corporation. Some advanced technologies were applied in this project,such as wasted heat recovery from the waste gas of HBS, the technology of pressure relief fan replacing the dust collector that was at the top of the pulverized coal bunker, the use of three parallel injected tanks in coal injection system,and the PC dense phase conveying technology of sin-gle main pipe and single distributor,etc.The above skills provided excellent conditions for the No.3 BF to achieve energy-saving and cost-reducing targets.
