摘 要: | 甘薯是重要的粮食作物和健康食品,保健甘薯作为近年发展起来的新兴产业,具有广阔的发展前景。保健类甘薯由于具有特殊营养价值,深受广大消费者的欢迎。本文就如何推动保健甘薯产业的可持续发展,在甘薯专用型品种培育、强化栽培技术研究、加工工艺改进及其相关产品的开发等方面提出了发展意见。

Abstract: | Sweet potato is an important source of health foods.As a new industry developed in recent years,sweet potato has broad prospects for development.Sweet potato has a very high specific nutritional value,so consumers particularly like it.This paper made some pertinent comments on the special varieties of sweet potato cultivation,nutrition fortification,improvement on technology,effective composition extracting and product development. |
