投料管理系统在炼钢工序的应用实践

摘    要:为了改变投产初期物料消耗和生产成本高的状况,提升物料管理水平和成本竞争力,2010年首钢京唐公司开始在炼钢部试点开展投料管理系统创新项目的建设。此系统能够从二级和三级系统自动取数,对物资流、时间流以及信息流进行实时记录和统计。通过对此系统的应用,并采取“班结日清”的原则,炼钢部能够实现对物料的精细化管理和闭环管理。该系统实施后,明显提高了物料管理水平和成本管控水平,降低了物料消耗和生产成本,产生了明显经济效益,提高了企业竞争力;另外,投料管理系统在京唐公司的成功应用为其他企业开展投料管理提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In order to change the condition of high material consumption and high production cost during the initial stage of production,and to improve the management ability of materials and cost competitiveness,Shougang Jing-tang has developed the innovation project of feeding management system in the steelmaking plant since 2010.This system is able to access data automatically from computer level-2 and level-3 to record the material flow,the time flow and the information flow and record statistics in real time.The steelmaking palnt can realize delicacy manage-ment and closed-loop management of the materials with this system by taking the“daily closing”principle.The sys-tem has remarkably improved enterprise’s management ability of materials and cost,reduced the material consump-tion and production cost,and brought obvious economy efficiency.Moreover,the competitiveness of the enterprise has been strengthened.In addition,the feeding management system used successfully in Shougang Jingtang provides a guideline for other corporations to properly develop feeding management system.
