| Abstract: | In order to ensure the safety of the double-layer storing beam,the paper undertakes the settlement observation of the platforms of the double-layer storing beam,and illustrates the preparation for the settlement observation and the steps for implementing the observation,so as to have the correct adjustment for the technical personnel according to the field situations,and avoid the economic losses. |
