| Abstract: | Combining with the installation project,the paper introduces the features of the installation projects,explores the points for the costs control in the installation projects,and points out the control management should start from the management,and the management in the design stage,the construction stage and the alteration test should be improved,so as to direct the practice and have the effective control over the costs in the installation projects. |
