| Abstract: | Combining with the relative policies and regulations,the paper explores the evaluation methods for the reasonable bidding method at low costs,indicates the operation points for the univalent evaluation method and the total price evaluation method,and analyzes the evaluation operation steps and the relative precautions,so as to direct the bidding committee to improve the working efficiency. |
