| Abstract: | Combining with the working practice,the paper illustrates the objects and the performance of the malicious default in the architectural market,analyzes the malicious default of the Party A,and points out the designs and suggestions for regulating the architectural market by taking the contract performance of the Eighth Bureau of China Construction as the example,so as to promote the benign development of architecture. |
