实验分析新建筑的首年采暖能耗

试验分析了两栋可比新、旧建筑的采暖能耗及对室内温度的影响，现场测量得到了新、旧建筑南、北向墙体的当量导热系数，以此对混凝土砌块加聚苯板保温的节能墙体首年采暖年度的传热系数进行了估算，结果表明：首年采暖新建筑比旧建筑多耗能24％。

Experimental analysis on the heating power dissipation of new buildings in the first year

This paper tests the heating power dissipation of the old and new buildings and their impacts on the indoor temperature, measures the equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient of the southern and northern wall of the old and new buildings in the field, and estimates the thermal conductivity coefficient of the polystyrene board for outer thermal insulation of concrete wall in the first year. Results show that the first year＇ s heating power dissipation of the new building is 24% more than, the old building＇ s.
